Pending refers to service reports that have been created but have not yet been signed by the authorized person. To change the status of a service report click the 'obtain signature' field and select the 'sign' button at the bottom of the page. Note: In order to have a service report signed these must be either some parts and materials or labour hours allocated to the service report.

Signed and Sent refers to service reports that have been created and signed by the authorized person. They can be accessed by clicking on the PDF icon.
