   PRESSURE TEST CHECK LIST
  • Check that all componentsare installed and in correct location
  • Manual open and solenoid valves etc as required. Use coil magnets on solenoids
  • Check gauges are calibrated, using commissioning gauge set.
  • Check gauges and hoses for leaks prior to testing
  • Have client representative witness leak test and sign off.

   EVACUATION CHECK LIST
  • Remove nitrogen from system.
  • Add any oil, filters etc as required prior to evacuation.
  • Use appropriate vacuum pump for the application.New installation use commissioning vacuum pump.
  • Note: fit check valve to gauge hose on vac pump for inital vacuum or if leaving overnight.
        REMEMBER REMOVE CHECK VALVE TO OBTAIN ULTIMATE VACUUM.
  • Measure Vacuum with Vacustat.New system 500 Micron or lower.
  • Have client representative wirness vacuum test and sign off.
