'Access Ability' refers to whether or not the user will be able to access the page. Page access can be turned on / off depending on the user's requirements for their job.

Please note that a user's ability to access the page will also be dependant on the 'user role' that they have been assigned in the Employee Name -- Login Details Page. Certain user roles cannot access certain pages. As an example, a user with tradesman access privileges would not be able to process timesheets, access payroll information or dashboard reports. These pages would be considered outside of that user role's scope of work.

If the user, requires access to these pages they will need to upgrade their user role (i.e. to accounts, operations, or CFO / Director)
