This section can be used to:
a. Create default awards
b. Restrict users from being able to enter incorrect types of labor hours (i.e. If it appears that the user has incorrectly inputted the wrong type of hours against a job they will be notified with a warning message)

During a standard working day for every hours at normal time an award of minutes will be paid at

Maximum amount of hours at normal time (Excluding overtime award) is hours

Maximum amount of hours at a time and half is hours
